I just opened an email this morning, and the first line was :
"Relying on diet and exercise to lose weight is a recipe for disaster."
Which made me do a bit of a double take, my initial thoughts
being, so what exactly are you relying on ?
Then I read a little further and realised this was actually quite
useful, for many people trying to get in shape it may well be

Yeah, you don't need to go hard. You can stay in the middle, take some supplements here and there, change your program every other week and stay absolutely the same as you are now. But that's bullshit.
